1. Packing
2. Production
3. Warehouse
4. In Process Quality Assurance(IPQA)
5. Facility & Engineering

Eligibility:

• 2-5years Experience required, preferably from Orals Solids(Tablet & Capsule).
• Work Location will be Pondicherry/Chennai.

WALK-IN DRIVE @ STRIDES PHARMA

Department: Production & Packing

• Position title: Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Work Location: Pondicherry/Chennai
• Experience: 2-5years in Oral Solid Dosage

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling area.
• Responsible for execution of batch packing activities such as: Dispensing, Line clearance Over printing Blister/carton specimen approval
• Responsible for functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as per the SOP/BPR
• Responsible for handling, RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling machine s per SOP/BMR
• Responsible for Execution and review of BMR & BPR
• Ensuring daily cleaning activity, Machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Department: Warehouse

• Position title: Executive
• Work Location: Chennai
• Experience: 2-5years from Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• GRN processing for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• To dispense RM and PM as per plan
• Planning and execution of sampling and dispensing activities of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
• To ensure periodical cleaning activities of Goods lift, racks, weighing balances, pallets, vacuum cleaner return air raiser filters, scissor lift, mobile stackers and manual hand pallet trucks.
• To follow safety procedures as required.
• Coordination with other department for smooth functioning of warehouse.

Department: IPQA(Quality Assurance)

• Position title: Executive
• Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Work Location: Chennai
• Experience: 2-5years in Oral Solid Dosage

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing all in-process checks in production and packing area.
• Ensure line clearance at every stages of manufacturing.
• Sampling activity during different stages of Production.
• Handling and investigation of Incident, Deviation, Change control, CAPA, OOS, OOT
• Adherence to SOP, GMP, Safety & Data Integrity

Department: Facility & Engineering (Utility / Instrumentation)

• Position title: Executive
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in engineering
• Work Location: Pondicherry/Chennai
• Experience: 2-5years in Oral Solid Dosage

Utility:

• To ensure continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants.
• To ensure that the Utility output of plant meets all specified process parameters
• Maintaining the minimum spares inventory of spares to meet the day-to-day maintenance
• Conducting the Routine Validation Test for HVAC system, Compressed air system and Water System

Instrumentation:

• Responsible for Instruments calibration of process equipment’s.
• Planning and execution of calibration schedule, verification Raw data and calibration certificates.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of PLC, HMI, IPCS, SCADA systems
• Knowledge on HVAC BMS system, QC instruments.
