About Company:

SK Biobiz Pvt Ltd (SKBPL) is a biotechnology company involved in manufacturing and supply of probiotics and enzymes for various apPplications in food, animal health care and agriculture. We are looking for QC officer for state-of-art GMP production plant.

Academic qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/related scientific field.

Experience: with at least (1-3 years) of relevant industry experience.

Job description and responsibilities:

SKBPL seeks a motivated QC officer having basic knowledge of microbial techniques,culture handling, culture preservation, in-process sample analysis, water analysis, contamination
analysis, and monitoring of fermentation operations etc.

The ideal candidate must have
experience in enumeration of bacterial counts (total viable and spore counts). This position requires a desire and ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team and the demonstration of flexibility, creativity, and initiative on a continuous basis.

The quality control officer’s responsibilities include, Developing and implementing quality control/assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production process or quality control aspects.

Perform routine inspections and quality tests.

Should be familiar with CAPA and Route cause analysis (RCA).

Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are implemented.

Documenting QA/QC activities and preparing audit reports.

Preparation of training reports
and standard operating procedures.

Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

Good communication (verbal and written) skills.

Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Strong attention to details.

The successful candidate should be incredibly thorough and able to help the company to maintain the highest quality standards.
